Repay weekly, fortnightly or monthly with no fees if you choose to repay the full loan early. There’s an option to top up your loan after four months and support is available over the phone, online or in-branch.

Room for improvement

I joined NCU when I was in need of a quick debt consolidation loan. My credit rating was poor but NCU said that wouldn’t matter. I joined, got my loan, paid off debt etc. I stayed with them for ages and then went for another loan with a similar credit rating and they say because my rating is low they wouldn’t loan! They’ve seen I’ve made regular payments and never missed one etc so why the change of heart?? Helpful the first time.. not the second :-( poor for a long standing customer Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

Top company notts & Lincs credit union

Very helpful at time of great need

Excellent, professional and expert services

I have had three loans so far and I have always dealt with them application etc online. All questions are answered straight away in a polite manner, no question seems to be stupid and I have never felt daft. The process is straightforward and ethical. I would absolutely recommend. Simple loans

As a widowed parent of a young family, I sometimes struggled to meet the needs of my children. One year I needed some help to buy presents for my kids, I got a loan with credit union and it was so easy to pay off without exorbitant interest rates. I now have a small savings account with them.
