Whenever I have needed help with my savings or requesting a loan the processes are easy to understand and easy to complete. The staff are always available, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and options. Reviewed on: 12th June 2023

Ive used this credit union for several years now, as I choose to save my tax payment to HMRC in this way. I dont need access to this money on a regular basis so makes ethical sense to put it where it can help others. The credit union stqff are always at hand and very helpful. Easy to save here. Not so easy to take money back which is the whole point of having a savings account. Brilliant. I can withdraw from online though. Best decision I ever made. I save for my daughter too. Reviewed on: 12th June 2023

Sometimes a little slower than a traditional bank for transferring money out. But app is easy to use, and have a great confidence in the the credit unions which is nice to feel. Reviewed on: 11th June 2023

Notts and Lincs Credit Union are the best. I have a Christmas saving acc with them and they help me to save every year without me touching the money until oct- Jan! Without them I wouldn’t be able to give my family a good Christmas because I would always be broke, this way I can save and not touch the money until oct time to Jan. Best thing I ever did. Thank you for helping have a great Christmas every year. They are the best and the customer service team is so helpful. Always going out of their way to help you. Well, I had issues with my bank but really wanted to save some money for a rainy day. My manager was the one whom I talked too, about Notts & Lincs and he recommended it and told me that he used it in the past and very perfect services. So from that time I started saving money with Notts & Lincs, at the moment Notts no longer has a contract with Boots so it’s been hard for me to save. Have now joined a company call Dapp and the first thing I asked was to know if Notts & Lincs have a contract with Dapp. Will be the most happiest if my Dapp account can be linked to yours, so I can continue saving my money with you. .
