Informative and helpful

Notts and Lincs Credit Union have made a great effort to reach all residents, and not just those in the city. For example coming to meet people at the county show and speaking face to face rather relying on social media and marketing only. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

Easy to deal with

Savings Tool

For me having the option to have savings taken directly from my wage has been a god send because you almost forget about them. So it makes saving for occasions like Christmas, holidays etc. much easier and it gives me peace of mind knowing that the money is there when I need it and it eases the financial pressure. Excellent employees and plans

I've been a member for approximately three years, I've never had a problem with anyone who's answered the phone when I need money transfer or putting money in via cheque. Even when I have questions, everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful with other options. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

What every family needs

Loyal as they come and customers are just as loyal in return. Staff are very professional, memorable and trustworthy. It's much better than a bank because I've formed a great working together relationship with staff who ive come into contact with, be it in person, via email or on the phone.
