A good way to save - out of sigh, out of mind

I save with Notts and Lincs Credit Union as the monies are directly taken out of my wages and therefore what I don't see I don't spend. In these trying times it is tempting to look at my savings and take it out but I feel that it is better to leave for a large unexpected bill. The NCU have always been happy to help with both savings and loan queries. They have been quick to respond to queries with sound and helpful advice.
