Been with clockwise for a few years now never had a...

Been with clockwise for a few years now never had a problem with accessing my money. Every time I’ve spoke tot them over the phone problems have been resolved fast. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026

Operating hours and ready access to funds

Not happy that the Clockwise credit union is still operating at restricted hours since covid and have not returned to normal operating hours. These restricted hours have delayed access to my funds. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026

Great Money Management

From the start of my journey with clockwise credit union, I have always been taken care of. Whether it be to add payees, set up direct debits etc, this union has done a great job of helping me manage my money. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026

Years of good service

I’ve been part of this union since I was a teenager. It’s never strayed from its values, it has kept up with technology without losing its people first approach. Always helpful and useful. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026

Quality Service

When I have a question the staff spend a lot of effort explaining the answer. They are extremely helpful, courteous and patient. It takes time to talk to them but it is time well spent. Reviewed on: 30th April 2026

Customer service advisors

Whenever I have spoken with any of the advisors they have been friendly professional and efficient. My issue has been effectively resolved. The savings section has been invaluable for me to maintain an amount for emergencies. I was changed over from Nottingham credit union and I found the transition went with out any issues.
