Whenever I need to get in touch with clockwise, I am attended to by a staff member that listens patiently, talks with courtesy, is knowledgeable in dealing with issues. It's reassuring that we always reach a resolution quite quickly.The app is amazing. I use it very regularly to transfer money between accounts. Saving with Clockwise means I can keep the impact of my money within my local community, benefiting those who do not want or are unable to borrow from larger institutions. Their service is excellent.
