I have recently been moved to Clockwise Credit Union after it merged with Notts & Lincs credit Union. The changeover process has been extremely smooth and hassle free. Notts & Lincs contacted me by post letting me know the merge was happening and giving me key dates and setting out next steps if I was happy to proceed. I then received a letter with my new Clockwise details and instructions on what to do next (exactly as the first letter said I would). I followed the instructions and setting up on the Clockwise website was hassle-free and very quick. The website looks very good and gives plenty of functionality. I have already opened a second account with Clockwise and was able to do so easily online. Very impressed so far. Reviewed on: 6th May 2025

Easy access to my savings

So easy to access my savings. The whole online process is simple to follow and complete quickly. The not too regular emails are also very informative especially about other services that are offered. Putting a small amount away each month in an account that is not attached to a card of any type has helped me save a little for when I need it most! Reviewed on: 6th May 2025
