The Clockwise Credit Union supports each individual .

Good communication and many opportunities for those who need a loan but also good to save. When I have had to speak to an advisor they have always helped me in a friendly, efficient manner. All queries have been resolved. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

I’ve been saving with Clockwise for many years

I’ve been saving with Clockwise for many years (20+?) now and have always found them to be very straightforward. It’s easy to save with them and easy to make an occasional withdrawal too. Also I like to support an organisation which helps people with their finances who might otherwise find it difficult to get loans from the high street banks. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Great to be a member.

Great to be a member. I have been a member of credit union for some years now and I have found them to be very effective and efficient when it comes to dealing with clients questions and queries. I applied for a loan and after submitting all the required documentation, the money was in my account within a few hours. Their interest rates a very reasonable and one can choose the duration to pay off the loan. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

I wanted an ISA so I chose Clockwise for the best rates

I wanted to move some of my money into an ISA so I chose Credit Union because they gave the best rates, and I also believe in their ethos of helping people out. I haven't needed a loan as yet but might in the next year or so, then I will be asking for their help as I believe they also give good rates. The most user friendly bank I've come across.

I have only ever been met with friendly, effective service when consulting face to face or by phone. Online facilities are superb - second to none! Instructions are clear and to the point.
