Customer Service

Very helpfully customer service, transferred an maturing ISA an needed help as I have a sight issue the person I spoke to asked me I would like this added to my account so I don't have to explain every time I contact them. He was so helpful, made me feel like I was import to the Bank even though my savings are small. Find the emails about new accounts very easy to understand. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
