Personal customer service allied to a simple-to-understand product set. Win win!

It makes a change to be able to speak to a human so quickly rather than waiting in line for 20 minutes answering a series of tedious questions! Interest rates could be more competitive, but the service and communication makes up for it. My money feels very secure. Reviewed on: 17th November 2017
