I started saving with close brothers when rate was 4. I started saving with close brothers when rate was 4.4% now rates are 2.38 big fall if you ask me Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

Not a techie but it didn't matter!

I had to phone up about a website issue and not being very technically minded was a little apprehensive about whether or not I would understand the advice! I had no need to worry as the adviser couldn't have been more respectful and polite. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
