Joint savings account

Opened a joint savings account and the process for both applicants was efficient. The best thing was that the initial deposit was not held in a black hole for days appearing in the account in an acceptable time period. Having to make a deposit within 10 working days or the account would be cancelled could be improved on as I was a little bit worried as the application was made over the Christmas/New year period.
