Very easy to use straightforward website

Excellent Website, Rates and Service

Their fixed rate saving products always have very competitive interest rates. The deposit & renewal process is great and easy to use. The website is user friendly and their communication is very professional. Interest always paid too nominated account promptly. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Excellent Service provided

I had trouble using the online service but on ringing the helpline was dealt with very politely and quickly sorted out the problem I was experiencing. I like the fact that I receive monthly savings account statements and a timely warning when interest rates are changing. Reviewed on: 13th June 2025
