Pretty near perfect

Coconut bank is the best bank right now for me

I said coconut is the best because with coconut it too fast the money appears in account, with coconut you will managed your money and you’ll see what’s going on with taxes. I recommend every employer or self employees to use it. Reviewed on: 24th November 2018

Slow Transfers

The slow transfers are killer. Especially at important times. It can take 1-3 hours to transfer money. And if it's on the weekend, good luck. Also if Barclays, their partner, decides to work on certain things it affects them too. It's good for a back up but that's about it for me. So Simple, So Great

Setting up an account felt effortless and the app is nice and simple to use, perfect at keeping track of your spending and income. The customer service/ communication from Coconut is brilliant and feels personal, making you feel valued as a customer. Fantastic and straight forward

As an early adopter...

As an early adopter I have been with Coconut since the very early days, I have seen their product grow and shape with the users. The app has already allowed me to keep a much clearer and organised track of my business expenses, taxes and income, and it has allowed me to focus on my work rather than the stress of invoicing and preparing for the dreaded tax returns. Coconut is constantly pushing for improvements and progression . In spite of all of this the most stand out feature for me at this stage is their customer service. At any point if I have any worries or questions I can simply jump on the app and talk directly to an actual member of the team. At this stage I can't recommend it enough.
