New driver cover is only available to existing Collingwood learner driver customers after passing the practical driving test. Taxi insurance can be for annual or short-term cover and courier insurance cover is for food and parcel delivery drivers.

The only choice for learners who own their car

Collingwood are the only choice for learner drivers who own their own car I.e. named on the Log Book all other insurers are unclear at best in this respect. I would always recommend Collingwood as the number one choice for a Learner. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
