New driver cover is only available to existing Collingwood learner driver customers after passing the practical driving test. Taxi insurance can be for annual or short-term cover and courier insurance cover is for food and parcel delivery drivers.

. Good and bad

We didn't have much need to contact the insurance but their process was easy to negative. It was disappointing that we incurred a cancellation charge for an learners insurance which I though was in place to support a learner that could pass their test at any time . Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

amazing customer service communications
