Excellent value Motorhome Insurance

I have been insuring my motorhome with Comfort for the passed 3 years and I have found them excellent. They are very efficient when you call them for a quote with flexible add-ons, if you want them (such as road side assistance in U.K. And Europe). They came put by far the cheapest for what they offer. I have never had to make a claim but my dealings with them makes me rate them as a top priority insurer and I would recommend them. Genuinely suprised and delighted

I had received the usual annual renewal quote for my motorhome from my existing insurance provider. It had increased in price but didn't seem too bad. I called Comfort Insurance after initially having trouble getting an on-line quote (nb: a problem with my home address and not with the Comfort web site). The operator was extremely helpful. After providing good advice, which included allowing me to delay making a choice on various options until the related accurate quotes were available, the operator gave me an excellent price. This substantially undercut my current provider. I was also given the online discount, in recognition of my problem with using the on-line system, even though I used the phone quote option. The pricing structure is very straightforward and the resulting documentation was emailed to me quickly. All in all it was a very easy process with a genuinely surprisingly low quotation for an excellent level of cover. Reviewed on: 7th September 2017

broken window

Our motorhome had a broken side window (we think from a stone on a motorway.) when we got home we phoned up and explained the damage to COMFORT .We emailed a photograph of the damage as proof. The person we talked to very quickly approved our claim so we had a new window fitted in a short time. The whole experiance was friendly and efficiently dealt with. Reviewed on: 7th September 2017

Efficient and friendly
