Requested quote for motorhome and got saving of £80 over previous policy.

Gave all neccessary details about myself, wife and motorhome, etc and got immediate quote for insurance and UK/European breakdown cover. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017

Ad hoc attitude/pricing to different customers.

Overall, pretty good. The quotes for full timing seem to vary considerably for different customers. After an accident in France, I had to arrange my own repair in that country. This was not what I had expected as part of the cover. To be fair the claim was settled quickly, but, the amount of telephone calls I received afterwards was a pain. Appalling

As my vehicle is now a year older than last year you have now decided not to insure us, we don't fully understand your reasoning for this as you accepted us last year, now my way of life which I have enjoyed for 12 years has to change, we have never made a claim against our insurance for the whole 12 years we have owned it, if we didn't "fulltime" you would cover us which we find even more bizarre, in that we could spend a solid 9 months travelling Europe but not 12 how very strange.
