Well worth talking to!

Comfort were not the first insurer from whom I requested quotes - I started with the "obvious" i.e. from the mainstream camping, caravanning/motorhome Club sites. I discovered Comfort largely by chance through VW T5 related searching. Their quote was not only comprehensive but very competitive - I was a little doubtful until I realised that the underlying insurer is AVIVA, and I was even more reassured by the first class responses that I got from their team both by email and on the phone. Not insured by Comfort!

I once, and only, once had a policy with this company. I moved to another company after 12 months due to excessive hike in premium for 2nd year. According to their recent e-mail I still have insurance cover with them and they want me to review them. My policy ran out 10 years ago! They need some admin reviews carried out! Comprehensive

Organised in a phone call. Changing vehicles was no problem. Been with them for years as each year they are priced competitively. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017

Good so far

I suppose the litmus test is what happens when you make claim. Touch wood this won't happen. I was swayed towards choosing Comfort as they covered me third party on other vehicles which many competitors did not. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017

Excellent service with a fair premium

I have had Comfort insurance for my camper van for a couple of years now and renewing was simple and straightforward because my premium was fair! Also, I needed to get a replacement windscreen whilst on holiday in Spain this summer and Comfort were excellent. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017

Started fine but when I was honest and advised you of an accident after renewing the premium was unfairly doubled.

good service but at a price

Good service over the phone, they were very helpfull with my questions but the cost is still excessive for the amount of road use co pared to other vehicles. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017

Couldn't beat the price

Very helpful and friendly company. The policy is very comprehensive with unlimited European use and breakdown cover. I couldn't find a better value policy from any other company or broker. Their policy is tailored to people's needs. I am glad that I discovered this company and will be renewing with them again next year. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017

Easy to arrange, and a good quote.

Easy to get a quote online, and when I rang to confirm it, the price came down further, as I didn't need breakdown cover. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017
