Relax with Comfort

Unforchanatly i hade to make a claim and was very upset at damaging my vehicle. But my mind was put at ease straight away by the confident manner that my claim was dealt with, the policy give me exactly what was needed to get the vehicle fixed without the stress of mountains of paperwork. Superb company, friendly helpful staff, excellent value!

The initial contact with an insurance company is always the easy bit, they give you a quote and take your money so of course they are friendly. You only truly find out how good they are when you have a problem. In the 3 years we have been with them so far, our Motorhome broke down in France once. The support with their additional European breakdown cover was superb, a garage was with us in a matter of hours. As the vehicle could not be repaired easily they offered me a hire car and brought the Motorhome back for us! On a second occasion after slightly misjudging the gate width and putting a scrape down the side of the van, there was no quibble with Comfort, they booked the van into a local commercial body shop and had it repaired. As a family we can't recommend comfort insurance highly enough and recommend them to everyone. They do not try to wriggle out of claims and genuinely do help! Reviewed on: 12th September 2017

Great price, great cover

My third year of Comfort insurance and they are still the best value insurers I have found. The level of cover from my Horizon Advantage policy is just what we need for travelling abroad.
