WORRYING UNAUTHORISED TRANSFERS OF ALL MY SAVINGS

After poor service both before and after me complaining and failure to send important paperwork requested, Coop Bank then made 3 separate unauthorised transfers from my savings account leaving me worried stiff as to what had happened to my money. After further appalling service from the Coop, I had to make 2 references to the Financial Ombudsman, who agreed my comments about poor service and in total I was awarded over £600 compensation. But what I would have preferred was helpful service and my money. being safe in my savings account without the Coop making unauthorised transfer and unauthorised transfer one after another. Neither the Coop nor the Ombudsman have been able to explain how they came to make these completely unauthorised transfers .... Your money NOT safe in their hands!!! Reviewed on: 28th February 2026

COULDNT BE MORE UNHELPFUL!

Hours on the phone trying to withdraw money; When you complain they don't listen, or, if they do it takes several e-mails before they do. Seem to take a delight in doing just what you don't want. Reviewed on: 7th March 2025
