I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Concise, Intuitive and Simple to Use

The Counting Up app and account is excellent. As the title intimates the app is extremely easy to use because it is so in intuitive. It is simple to use but to say it is “simple” is disingenuous; the functionality of the account to raise invoices, keep accounts, match payments received to invoices, sharing account information with my accountant etc. makes it a superb business management tool for a very reasonable monthly fee. As a fledgling business owner I am very glad that I was able to open a Counting Up Business Account.....even the process for opening the account was an online, simplified, zero stress joy compared to the dogmatic, archaic procedures for most of the main stream banks......who weren’t opening new business accounts when I needed to open one.......thank you Counting Up! Super fast to set up and functional for small business needs.
