I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Excellent Customer Service, very transparent pricing, App is brilliant!

After some research it was clear that high street banks were a bit of a nightmare for creating business accounts - Hence why I went with CountingUp! Got my card in 2 working days, account created and ready to go almost immediately. The app is extremely easy to use and gives a wealth of information, perfect for a new business owner! A Bank designed for small business needs

The High Street banks appear arduous in their application process, with a strong chance of not wanting your banking business. Because of this I decided to opt for one of the newer, internet based banks. After completing my usual geeky research on the main contenders, I opted for 'Counting Up' as they appeared geared up to helping newer and smaller enterprises; and their systems adapted to providing exactly what would assist the small business. The experience of using 'Counting Up' has been positive, with some excellent tools to help accounting and invoicing.The one gripeis that I would like to have easy access from my PC which at the moment is not available. This is the one draw back stopping me from awarding 5 stars. However, overall this is the bank that has thought about what a small business person actually wants from a banking system, and if they are this good early I certainly look forward to seeing their importance increase in the future.
