I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Responsive supportive business bank

I've been with CountingUp now for 16 months and found both the App and the banking staff to be very quick and helpful at responding to my needs. The App has simple clear features too. The facility to pay into the Post Office is good although even cash credits take longer than I expected to clear but maybe that's a Post Office issue. I'm also expecting the card payments to clear quicker than previously. The only other thing I would say needs fixing is the bank needs an IBAN number so I can make international payments. This is holding the bank back as many businesses clearly need to transact internationally. This is a big issue. This apart, great bank and App! Reviewed on: 11th December 2019

Best online bank iv ever used

Okay, granted I have only ever used 3 online only banks before, and my time with them has been brief, but it has been brief for a very good reason. The other banks which I will not name, lacked customer support fitting of an online bank. The email and chat support is very useful. Replies within under 30 mins and always super helpful. I have used a great deal of the features present and am awaiting a few more promised features but great things come to those who wait. The transfers. They're quick. Like most banks take an hour or less so that's useful for moving money around. And the app instantly notifies you of a transaction as it happens. It really is that fast. Why they're better than my other main non business bank.. My other high street bank won't give me a debit card that has contactless or that I can use in all cash points, they supplied me with a cash pointsl card.. in this day and age.. Counting up gave me a contactless debit card from the word go. Iv had 0 issues with the bank and they've been great. Im moving all my banks to use just this one as it works , it just works , it works great can't say bad thing about the facilities they provide. They're cheap too, unlike another branch who charges alot more for the facilities. Enough said. :) Reviewed on: 11th December 2019

The future of banking

I’m an internet entrepreneur. Trying to open a high street bank for my business was such a hassle I decided to go with Counting up who had my account set up in 30 minutes.
