I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Simple and Clean but Needs Expanding

The basic app functionality is very smooth and efficient, however the lack of iBAN functionality is the only thing that holds this side of things back. The accounting side is perfect for simple businesses use, but it would benefit massively from allowing custom expense envelopes and sharing the feed with banking applications. Overall, it is very good for a challenger bank and I can only see it getting better as time goes on. Reviewed on: 10th December 2019
