I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

The easiest Business Bank ever!

My frustration at my last two banks (since 1993) has been the opening times. The out of hours business deposits where stopped, the hours I’ve spent queuing & waiting are all expensive when in business. Counting up suits my needs 100%. The Post Office opening hours for cash deposits are sufficient to deposit cash. It costs a flat rate of £1!! Not a percentage-Just £1! The app makes my banking, receipt filing & debit transactions a breeze. Counting Up costs are transparent and very easy to understand. Most importantly they are not excessive. This is the best business bank (I’m a small sole trader) I’ve ever had in 26years. Reviewed on: 10th December 2019

Final A Fuss Free Bank With Support

Just the job

I write books for young adults. As well as my royalties from sales online and in bookshops, I attend fairs and literary festivals where I sell signed books. All the proceeds go to charity and it is important for me to keep track of these irregular payments. Being able to set up an invoice is also useful and it was this aspect that led me into opening an account. My electrician sent me his invoice via Counting Up and I was impressed.
