I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Simple to set up with most banking features

Very simple to set up and use, which is a massive plus, things to look out for which hopefully be resolved soon - payments are not instant which has caused consternation when I have been paying people face to face by bank transfer - you do not get an iban number which stopped me being able to set up a DD for a card machine - you can pay in cash in a post office but it costs £1 per £500 not £1 per transaction as mentioned on the website Reviewed on: 10th December 2019
