I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Professional and easy to use!

Counting up is a very simple but effective form of banking. It meets all of our business banking needs. The accountancy software is brilliant and saves us from having to pay for an accountancy app. We are very pleased with the service we have received. Reviewed on: 10th December 2019

What I was looking for

Very simple, very little faff. They dont show boat too much of things they dont have and up hold a honest reputation. Would definitely recommend for someone starting a low cost business or trying a new business venture. Prices are fair, respond times are efficient. Not have major bug issues within app and company doesnt require so many updates on there system, which stop any effect of banking transactions. No report or any security breach and they accepted me and offered an accountant to me at a time others were saying no. Maybe just by chance, but i would definitely look to continue banking with them for the foreseeable future. Reviewed on: 10th December 2019
