My account was set up in minutes as my business demands required immediate account access to send and receive money. I waited weeks for the high street bank to contact me back to open an account by which time I had already become a counting up customer. As a non finance person, I was worried Counting Up would be complicated. I was pleasantly wrong - the app is intuitive, easy to use and quick to learn. If you do need a hand, the UK based staff are quick to help. Reviewed on: 9th December 2019

Hi I highly recommend counting up, everything is so easy, transfer, accountant letter even when I lost my card one day I got a new card. Even to cancel the card or freeze it's in a second. Easy to use and good value for money. Payments are immediately logged and it is easy to add/remove notes. I love the invoicing feature because I can send it at soon as the payment is agreed. That is vital for my business at the moment. Reviewed on: 9th December 2019
