I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I switched to countingup after being poorly served by a high street bank, and I haven't look back since. The service, flexibility and value for money I now enjoy puts my previous bank to shame. The idea of unifying accounting and banking is so insanely simple I'm surprised every business account isn't doing it. And it keeps getting better with every update. Bravo countingup!
