I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I’m just starting out a small business selling my wood craft and needed something to keep the finances in one place. Overwhelmed with how to start, I was recommended Counting Up. Simple, Accessible and Trustworthy

All of the charges are explained upfront, nothing is hidden. The app is simple and easy to use and has enabled me to organise my payments and label them so I know how much I'm spending in each area. I feel like my money is secure. They stay in regular contact and update my with new information of app features and tips for money management. Definitely recommend to everyone I know! Super easy to set up. Great first time business bank account

So thrilled at how quickly account was up and running. Process was very smooth. Only concern at the moment is no web page desktop version, only the app which when your at a desk doing the accounts it would be handy on a PC.
