I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

A easy to use app based bank which I haven't any problems

Brilliant!

Simple and reliable

So simple to use and great features like adding photo of recipet to what you spend saves so much time later . Been a customer for a year and there never been any downtime to app except scheduled maintenance . Only thing missing is not being able to pay cheques into your account . My account was set up in minutes as my business demands required immediate account access to send and receive money. I waited weeks for the high street bank to contact me back to open an account by which time I had already become a counting up customer. Intuitive and easy to use.
