I have been paid for my first month work and transfe...

I have been paid for my first month work and transferred fund to my own current bank they suspended the payment and asked me questions that no bank ever asked taking 24 hours to repond emails and chat every time they asking something else and takes another day! What an embarrassment and shame if I didn’t get letter from post would have never opened with them absolutely joke account on hold still and can’t transfer my money . Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Simple Business Banking

Easy and great value for money as a sole trader

As a sole trader Counting Up provides me with everything I need for my day to day banking, accounting and invoicing. The invoice function is particularly helpful to me as it automatically numbers them, tracks them and pairs them to incoming payments. This saves me so much time and as a small business the rates are really reasonable. The new functions that allow me to share data with my Accountant are also helping me get ready for the digital switch. I can't recommend Counting Up highly enough. Reviewed on: 9th December 2019

Effective but still in and needs development

Works effectively but still needs development cannot download your receipts after you save them which is incredibly inconvenient meeting you need to screenshot them all and save them that’s a little charges if you make payments to yourself and anyone else charges every month £5 to replace your card. However the app is effective at La need to keep track of and log your expenses effectively in the moment and that’s not leaving you with a mountain of work at the end of each month worst at the end of every tax year Reviewed on: 9th December 2019
