All I can say is, the options available to students, and for the price they provide is unmatched. Managed to insure my bagpipes and various other expensive instruments where many other insurance companies just wouldn’t, or were far outwith my price range. Would highly recommend! 1. I never had to make a claim 2. Staff were quite helpful when I called to change my policy or make inquiries 3. Renewing my policy was a bit of a hassle. The programmer for the website seemed not to have been completely effective catching errors like the 'proceed' button not working and the site holding me up when I didn't input a landline telephone number besides my mobile number. More substantially, the renewal of the policy made me cover possessions in the room and laptops in the room before I could cover just the laptop and my pedal cycle anywhere in the UK, which was annoying, especially as the separate policy to cover just laptops anywhere in the UK and a pedal cycle was more expensive.
