I didn't know I was covered for this but thank god I was.

I lost my entire music collection on my computer due to a hard drive failure and I was unable to recover anything but thankfully there was this "DIGITAL DOWNLOAD" section and thanks to that I've been able to replace everything. Absolute life saver

My guitar was damaged mid February and getting it repaired under the cover was no hassle but what really amazed me was the fact I was coved for hiring a temporary replacement while my one got fixed. Absolutely outstanding! Reviewed on: 21st July 2017

Couldn't ask for more
