Elderly travel, reasonable price !

Was quite difficult getting insurance after an illness which puts people in a category opposite to the healthy, priced at a reasonable insurance this now became a lifeline and allowed me personally to enjoy my distant dreams, thank you and I’ll try to stay healthy ! Reviewed on: 7th July 2018

Insurance that does what it says

Dislocated shoulder on skiing holiday, rescued from piste, ambulance to Valmorel Medical Centre for primary treatment, ambulance to Albertville Hospital for operation to put shoulder back in joint. All paid for at time by credit card and all reimbursed by Covered to Go insurance. Thanks. Reviewed on: 6th July 2018

Dreadful handling of claims

Min 20 minutes wait to get an answer on the phone. Wrong answers given, claim took 2 months to settle. Items omitted and only paid after further chasing and delay. Would not touch them with a barge pole! Reviewed on: 6th July 2018
