At the time of booking to travel to America. Cover to go was most helpful with my medical insurance and never left me hanging on the phone, when being passed to another department.

I am in my late 80s so there is a lot to be thought about when travelling. Cover to go never left me with unanswered questions, nor cut off until they were sure I understood all that I needed to know. It was like having a friend look after you. Reviewed on: 6th July 2018

Don't touch at any cost, they delay your claim hoping you will give up.

I had to cancel my holiday due tosurgery for cancer and over 3 months later I'm still waitning for a response to my claim. Following advice from the Financial Ombudsman, I have now raised a Formal Complaint, and 3 weeks after writing to the MD I have still not receieved any communication, not even an acknowledgement. I don't have the strength to fight my cancer and Covered2GO Reviewed on: 6th July 2018

They give very good realistic quotes with pleasant, patient, knowledgable, and understanding staff to talk to. If you have medical problems you are given another number to ring with quite a long list of questions to answer but again the quotes and staff are excellent. If you do have to make a claim this is dealt with in an efficient and fair manner and I would not hesitate to recommend them Reviewed on: 6th July 2018
