Small problems encountered during setting up holiday insurance have mainly been to do with the extra cover needed through medical screening for pre-existing medical coditions. The problems have always been sorted out to our satisfaction. Reviewed on: 13th September 2017

No hassle great holiday insurance

I travel about 3 or 4 times a year and I have the safe knowledge that I am covered. Unfortunately last year I broke my knee and had to cancel my holiday. Claiming back was no hassle and very quick.. Very helpful agent who explained and answered all my rather naive questions in terms I could understand. Good cover for those with existing medical problems at an affordable cost.
