after getting married in las vegas in January we decided to go to cuba for o belated honeymoon in june whilst away I actually lost my wedding ring which upset both of us anyway got home and filed for claim for ring and within 3 weeks had the money through to go get a new wedding ring excellent service and not no where near as bad as I thought it might be having never had to claim before many thanks Reviewed on: 13th September 2017

I have been lucky enough, not to have needed the Claims Sevice, at this time. But the very friendly and kindly way the staff have dealt with me, at the time of renewal and their also having won several awards, fills me wth confidence in this company. Small problems encountered during setting up holiday insurance have mainly been to do with the extra cover needed through medical screening for pre-existing medical coditions. The problems have always been sorted out to our satisfaction. Reviewed on: 13th September 2017

No hassle great holiday insurance

I travel about 3 or 4 times a year and I have the safe knowledge that I am covered. Unfortunately last year I broke my knee and had to cancel my holiday. Claiming back was no hassle and very quick..
