Easy to use, great service for competitive rates

Always very easy to contact and get an accurate quote with the necessary additions / adjustments to suit your requirements. Very clear policy which makes you confident that you know what is covered and when. Would definitely recommend to others. Reviewed on: 25th July 2017

Efficient service with pleasant staff.

Good service when making a claim...

My husband and I have been insured with Covered2Go for more than 5 years. We have needed to make a claim on two occasions - a broken shoulder skiing - and cancelling a very expensive holiday through illness. On both occasions the claims were dealt with efficiently and as promptly as possible. It's only when you have to make a claim that the true worth of any insurance company can be identified. Great Service Well Priced Insurance

They went out of their way to be helpful

We have been so impressed with the service, helpfulness of all staff members we spoke to and absolutely delighted with the final outcome. It was the first time we have insured with them, but I doubt that we will ever consider going anywhere else from now on. We had been struggling to find a travel insurance policy which could offer us a personalised cover to meet one of our particular holiday plans. All of the other companies we had contacted, were either not interested or quoted us exorbitant prices. Covered2go not only took time to understand exactly what we wanted - but then spoke with underwriters and came back to us within 48 hours to provide us with the perfect match! Not only that, but we now have the bonus of worldwide cover for a whole year in addition. And all this for a quarter of the price we had been quoted for just the single trip. Well done Covered2go. Cover Champions

You only find out just how good your travel insurance company is when you claim. I had to do this after my Brother in Law passed away a few days before we were supposed to travel, but Covered2go were brilliant, very empathic and guided us through the claims process. It took a few weeks as he died abroad and it took some time to get the death certificate. They deserve a 5star rating and they are the first place I go when my Annual travel insurance is due. Painless insurance experience

I have used Covered 2 Go for several years now, each year I look for a better deal but always end up here. Great value and very easy to deal with makes this an easy decision. Unfortunately I had to claim for a missed port visit on a cruise and the claim was handled efficiently without any problems. Keep up the great work! Reviewed on: 25th July 2017
