handling of cancellation

Unfortunately as a result of illness, we had to cancel a long trip. This was not a package trip. We had booked travel to the airport and flights separately. We also had used an 'incountry' travel agent to whom we had transferred money and to whom we still owed money which we were taking with us. We assembled and sent off all the necessary documentation and this was dealt with very efficiently. We had brilliant dervice from Covered2go. Reviewed on: 11th July 2017

Where others failed

When my husband had leukaemia, we thought we would never be able.to afford to go abroad again. C2Go were helpful, informative and affordable. As a consequence, we have recommended to all our friends and family, as well as giving the number to our local cancer support lodge. We just want to thank C2Go for giving us back a chance to live. I have been with Covered2go for a number of years. Initially I sought advice from a gentleman at the end of the phone as to which policy to take. Sensible arrangements for pre-existing conditions

Both my wife and I developed pre-existing conditions that caused our previous travel insurer (as well as several others that we tried) to demand absurdly high premiums. Covered2go offered a basic policy with pre-existing conditions evaluated and priced separately resulting in a very cost-effective travel insurance package for us. Online ordering of basic insurance package and separate phone interview for coverage of pre-existing conditions was easy and very professional. Haven't needed to claim anything yet (thankfully) but as two travelling seniors we are travelling a bit easier now. Reviewed on: 10th July 2017

HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE

I have used Covered2Go for my holiday insurance for 2 years now and whilst I haven't had to claim under my policy so far, I have had nothing but positive dealings with them. I have pre-existing medical conditions which I feel are sympathetically and realistically dealt with and the process for getting these covered and added to the policy is simple and straightforward. Upgrading my policy earlier than the renewal date wasn't a problem for them either. Website easy to use and plenty of options on cover available. All in all, a very happy customer.
