HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE

I have used Covered2Go for my holiday insurance for 2 years now and whilst I haven't had to claim under my policy so far, I have had nothing but positive dealings with them. I have pre-existing medical conditions which I feel are sympathetically and realistically dealt with and the process for getting these covered and added to the policy is simple and straightforward. Upgrading my policy earlier than the renewal date wasn't a problem for them either. Website easy to use and plenty of options on cover available. All in all, a very happy customer. Excellent company with very reasonable rates. Due to a close relative being very ill I had to cancel a holiday 2 years ago. I received a full refund minus the handling charge. Have recommended Covered2go to friends and family. Reviewed on: 9th July 2017
