Friendly and helpful!

I started using Covered2go when it was recommended by Which? for Over 65's who are not internet savvy. Now 74 (and still travelling far and wide) my annual premium is comprehensive and great value. I still phone to renew every year and find the staff friendly, helpful and reassuring. I am happy to receive my policy on line which I can then forward to my next of kin. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

Top Notch Travel Insurance Provider!

I did a ton of homework on various travel insurance providers before selecting Cover & Go. I found their coverage to be the most comprehensive, for the best price. Most importantly, I looked at their reviews and the rate at which they repay claims and was very impressed. Having now had to submit one, I can testify that they were super easy to work with and I had my reimbursement within 3 weeks...will stay with them for the foreseeable future! Great value, great service

I found the range of choices available for different types of holiday really clear to understand to help me choose the best insurance for me. I emailed over a couple of questions and got a very useful, informative response which helped me decide which insurance I needed. Great value for the older traveller

Most insurance companies have prohibitive rates to insure the older traveller, but Covered2Go have always offered me sensible rates and have been very responsive and helpful with any questions I have had. I have been insured with them for quite a few years now, and last year for the first time I had to make a claim for some medical expenses incurred while I was abroad. They were incredibly efficient and the claim went through successfully in a surprisingly short time. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

A very "human" experiance.

It was so nice to speak to people who were efficient but friendly and I did not feel they were trying to increase the price because of our age and health issues. This is the second year we have insured with Covered2go and they will be my first choice next year. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017
