Whilst you can set most of the service up on line, if you're using it because of an existing medical condition then there will probably be a phone interview. I've always ended up tying the medical coverage and the rest of the insurance package with a quick call to a real human based in the UK. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

Reliable,reasonable and relational

A couple of years ago on reaching 70 years of age and preparing to undertaking a regular visit to a disabled project in Kenya my existing insurance was suddenly doubled in price. This would effectively reduce my contribution to the Kenyan project. A friend recommended Covered2go . I appreciate the relational approach where I got to speak to someone who was helpful and received an affordable quote and on renewal this year the cost was still competive and the service efficient. I researched travel insurances and Covered2go offered the most cost effective protection to my knowledge. I had to contact a representative to address a pre-existing condition and it was managed efficiently. Thankfully that's where my experience stops as I didn't have to claim.
