Dealt with a crisis when we needed it.

My wife got seriously ill, we had to cancel a holiday to Australia, we got the vast majority of our money back. It solved a lot of problems and dealt with a lot of stress at a time when the pressure was on and allowed us to concentrate on the most important things we had to deal with . Thanks. My father-in-law was taken ill on holiday and we had to fly out to bring him home. Right from the first phone call the claims process was made as simple as possible, which was great at such a stressful time.
