Good customer service but claims are very slow

I had to go to the doctor during my holidays in Canada so when I was back to London I made a claim. The process was a little bit confusing because I created the claim on-line but then I had to call them and make the claim again via e-mail / phone. I took a good month or so until I got my money back but we got there in the end. Therefore, the 4 star review. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019
