I see a lot of recommendations online and it’s already obvious there are bad eggs online who will only add to your mystery. They will keep cancelling your direct debt but claim it is you that is cancels. Try to take money when they want not when agreed, then threaten legal action for not paying and put notes on your credit file for their mistakes. Reviewed on: 19th July 2022
