This product solved a real problem for me. I get discounted vouchers through work but used to have to choose between using them or paying... This product solved a real problem for me. I get discounted vouchers through work but used to have to choose between using them or paying via PayPal — I couldn't do both. With Curve, I buy the vouchers through the card and route the payment to PayPal in the background. Best of both worlds, every time. Read more Read less

In last month my card has been blocked twice. I have only been able to use it for about 10 days.first block was by me... In last month my card has been blocked twice. I have only been able to use it for about 10 days.first block was by me due to a fraudulent transaction. But it took weeks to bet card active Alain. 10 days later it’s blocked again with no warning or explanation.communication is impossible. There is no one to communicate with, response times are measured in week. You are left stranded and ignored. Only automated replies with empty apologies, but no time line.     Refused to talk to me about my problem

    My card stopped working randomly back in November. I messaged them to find out why and was told I'd been referred to another department. I... My card stopped working randomly back in November. I have messaged in app and emailed but every time the response is "we're really busy and chasing this up, we'll contact you". But six months is far too long to wait, no matter how busy you are.     Terrible.

    Terrible. Firstly a few months ago they approved 4 payments to some AI subscription scam without asking me to authorise the payment. They paid it... Terrible. Firstly a few months ago they approved 4 payments to some AI subscription scam without asking me to authorise the payment. They paid it back to me, but still! Then recently they asked me to authorise a payment to my car insurance provider which I did in the app and they still rejected the payment. This resulted in a £20 failed payment surcharge which Curve refused to refund me. I’m done. Bunch of cowboys and can’t trust them to handle my transactions any more. Cancelled my card and account.     Dissapointing

    I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Curve. • I tried to downgrade my subscription before renewal, but the app would not let me. Despite... I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Curve. • I tried to downgrade my subscription before renewal, but the app would not let me. Despite clearly stating I did not wish to continue, they still charged my card £179. • Their customer service is terrible – messages take days (if they reply at all), and urgent issues are ignored. • The Curve card itself is unreliable. I couldn’t even use it for TfL for months until I replaced it with another card. I always have to carry a backup card just in case Curve fails. • The lounge access benefit is misleading – you still have to pay, so it’s worthless. Overall, Curve has been more of a headache than a help. The service is unreliable, support is poor, and the advertised “benefits” don’t justify the cost. I definitely would not recommend, and I am moving away from Curve entirely. Read more Read less

    Love this product. PayPal anywhere? Yes please!

    I absolutely love this product. Being able to use PayPal anywhere is a game changer for me. I also get discounted vouchers through work, so... I absolutely love this product. Being able to use PayPal anywhere is a game changer for me. I also get discounted vouchers through work, so the choice used to be, spread the cost over PayPal but miss out on the discount. Now I purchase the vouchers using Curve, redirect that to PayPal to get the best of both worlds! Read more Read less
