Strung me along over several emails and a phone conversation before telling me that I could not claim for a damaged bike computer, after being with them for nine years, because my bike had not been damaged. Take your money then don’t bother helping. Reviewed on: 25th September 2025

We wasn't sure about insurance for are grandsons bike but after speaking to someone and it all being explained to us we decided it was the best possible action to take, we looked through the policy and this was a very good idea and it didn't cost much, so thinking about the bike that cost we'll over £400 it was a no trainer, peace of mind.
