Only claimed once, but the claim was settled very quickly.

Having just made one claim for damage to a rear derailleur on a di2 groupset, it was a painless experience and the claim was settled without fuss. The premiums have always been very competitive and I shall continue with Cycleplan. Reviewed on: 8th October 2021
