A very helpful employee led me through the process of setting up my cycleplan with the options that would be best for me, the kit involved, my circumstances and my riding habits. Clear on requirements

It was refreshing to receive information which was clear on the claim requirements that need to be met - before making a claim (with reminder emails sent with the information too) This means that customers are clear on what is required from them in order for claims to be approved - not every provider does this!
